Survivors are his wife Pamela Washington of Texarkana; two sons Daniel Mitchell of CA, Brandon McElhinney of Fort Knox, KY.;
three daughters Jennifer James of Ensinada, CA., Bridgett Bates of Las Vegas, NV., Sabrina Irby of Texarkana; sister Barbara Graves of Texarkana; one sister Brenda Koch of AZ.; six grandchildren; plus numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
Graveside funeral service will be 3 P.M. Sunday, January 20, 2013 at Rock Springs Cemetery officiated by Rev. Kenny Polk. Arrangements are under direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
