Joseph Edwin Hall, 75, of Texarkana, TX passed November 13, 2019 at his home. Mr. Hall was born January 30, 1944 in LeCompte, LA. He served in the Army National Guard; he was a very proud American and devout Christian. He loved Jesus, missions, the National Guard, country and his family.
He was preceded in death by his father Woodrow Wilson Hall and mother Dorothy Mae Freeman Hall and his brother-in-law, Thomas Sapp.
Survivors include his wife, Itha Hall of Texarkana; daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa and Christopher Holland of Texarkana and Melanie and Paul John Dimiceli, II of Spring, TX; brothers, Don Hall of Weaverville, CA and Ronnie Hall of Lufkin, TX; sisters, Judy Johnson of Forrest Hills, LA and Juanita Hall of
Shreveport, La; grandchildren, Ashley Starks, Christian McKinnis, Nikolas McKinnis, Keaton Holland, Lauren Holland, Mia Holland, Jack Dimiceli, and Isabella Dimiceli; special nephew, Bill Burgan of Bossier City, LA; and two great grandsons, Ashton Griffin and
Carson Starks.
Service will be 10 a.m. Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Church on the Rock with Pastor Mike Ulmer officiating. Burial will be in Elysian Fields Cemetery, DeBerry, TX officiated by Chris Holland. Services under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.
Visitation will be come and go Friday, November 15, 2019 at East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.
