She was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Ann Daniels.
Survivors include her husband, Billy G. Talley of Fouke, AR; daughter, Judy Allen of Fouke, AR; sons, Larry Welcher and Bobby Andrews both of New Orleans, LA; sister, Shirley Isom of Pomona, CA; brother, Robert Haer of Pomona, CA; special friends, Jaime Smith of Texarkana, AR, Linda Vickers of Texarkana, TX and Tiffany Menezds of Dallas, TX.
Memorial Service will be 10 a.m., Thursday, February 10, 2011 at East Memorial Chapel - Downtown.
The family will be at 2987 MC 17, Fouke, AR.
