He was preceded in death by his brother, Keith McMellon.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Trey Cole of Texarkana, TX; grandchildren, Blake Cooper, Kyler Cooper, Tanner Cole, Trinity Cole and Taylor Cole; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Lola McMellon and sister-in-law, Diann McMellon.
