Patsy Owens, 74, of Fouke, AR passed away December 17, 2012 in Fouke. Mrs. Owens was born October 15, 1938 in Texarkana, TX. She was retired from Opportunities, Inc. and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Glen Owens.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Sylvie Owens of Fouke, AR; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Mark Harris of Texarkana, AR; brothers, Guy Redden, Glenn Redden and Charles Redden; sisters, Kathleen Stevens and Deloris Waller; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be 9:30 a.m., Thursday, December 20, 2012 at East Memorial Chapel – Downtown with Rev. Wallace Edgar officiating. Services are under the direction of East Funeral Home – Downtown.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at the funeral home.
