She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Hodges, Sr.; and her sister, Kathy Hodges.
Survivors include her mother, Joyce Springfield of Texarkana, TX; her siblings, David and Chris Hodges of Wichita Falls, TX, Robyn McCaughan of Texarkana, TX, Karen and Gary Lucas of Orlando, FL, Mary and Jeff Cash of Lowery Crossing, TX, Brian and Jenny Hodges of Ft. Worth, TX, Michael Osborne and Howard Meredith of Wichita Falls, TX, Ken and Karen Hodges of Allen, TX and William and Emily Hodges of Wichita Falls, TX; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Cremation arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Moores Lane.
