That sweet Mr. Bob will be genuinely missed. I met his sweet wife as we struggled through chemistry, the road block to nursing school lol. Bob and Charlene took myself and my kids in as their own. We all loved those Raleys as family. He would tease me about Charlene being busy out back mud wrestling when I would call needing help with something.
When they renewed their vows was the best wedding I had ever been to and my children remember it fondly.
I love you Bob and Charlene and please keep the mud wrestling to a minimum in heaven.

Remember Bob from all the years growing up as a kid so many memories spent my child hood being in and out of his home with his family , But guess the most memory of all is hearing the story of when I was 2 of him saving my life from a seizure why at his home with our families . Many memories praying for you all at this time .

Bob and I were neighbors and friends back in the 1970's. We and our families spent many hours enjoying each others company.  He used to amuse me with his intelligent, quick wit and his dry sense of humor. With the passage of time and life's events we lost touch with one another, but I am glad to have once been a part of his life.  He was quite the character - a unique human being - and I am positive he is going to be sorely missed by many.  I know the events of the past few days have certainly made me miss those days of old of which Bob was such a big part.  Rest in love and peace, old friend.  Doris Roberts

I knew Bob and his family 35 years ago...B.J. and Cindy and I have remained fairly close. This is a sad moment. However, we know that Bob is pain-free and walking in the Golden City. Prayers for you all.

My deepest sympathy for your loss. I remember him as a friendly,happy person.He was always smiling.My thoughts and prayers are with Charlene and family.

I worked with Bob at a couple of the Environmental companies in Texarkana and he was hoot to work around.  There is a place on I-30 that I pass and I always think of he and I having to clean up a paint spill by ourselves in 100 degree heat and he could still find something to make me laugh.  My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time.

I want to express my deepest condolences on the loss of Bob.  I have many fond memories from knowing him for the years that I did and will always remember his humor and wit. If there is anything I can do to help during this time please let me know.
