Roberta - aka Bobby and I probably ate lunch together every day in high school.  But even in grammar school, we were good friends.  She came to Saint James girls grammar school around the fifth grade and our friendship began.  I lived in an old, historic, Victorian house near school - Bobby lived on the naval base at hunters point.  After sleep overs at each other’s houses, Bobby thought curly cues and frills were great while I returned from her home  extolling the virtues of clean lines suggesting that my parents modernize.  

Bobby, you will be missed.   You were a wonderful person.  I’m proud to have known you.  Sending prayers for the family.  Rest In Peace. 

What a joy to have met Bobbie. Lots of memories that bring a smile to my face.  She provided me with encouragement to be strong in the face of adversity.   Just a lovely lady. 

I am very sorry to hear of Bobby's passing. Aunt Bobby was a big part of my childhood in the McClure family. She was always very loving and kind. She told me lots of stories about growing up, "up north". I remember many visits with her and her sister, Ms. Diane. Those were good times in my life. I am sending many thoughts and prayers to the family during this difficult time. 

Will  miss Bobby.  She was such a kind and generous person  She took care of Helen for quite a while.

I'm going to miss you!  Thanks for everything you did for me and my mother. Love you, girl.
