Ronald Charles Stroup, 68, of Texarkana, AR passed away August 18, 2019 at his home. Mr. Stroup was born May 15, 1951 in Merced, CA.

He is preceded in death by his mother and father, as well as his daughter, Jamie Stroup.

Survivors include his wife, Pearl Stroup of Genoa, AR; sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald C. Stroup, Jr. and Cheryl Stroup of Genoa, AR and Robert and Christy Duran of Fouke, AR; daughter and son-in-law, Veronica and Willie Williams, Jr. of Texarkana, TX, daughters, Tammy Duran and Crystal Rodriguez, both of Texarkana, TX; brother, Weslie Stroup of Dallas, TX;15 grandchildren, Jamie Williams, Trey Beard, Destiny Williams, Willie Williams, Tevin Adams, Joe Duran, Dustin Williams, Isaac Stroup, Raelyn Stroup, Tiffany Kirby, Ashley Kirby, Kaylee Harper, Dylan Perkins, Jhanice Duran, John Boy Duran and Shiloh Duran and great grandchildren, Adelyn Dollarhide, Ava Williams, Cayden Williams, Jace Willis, Gianni Williams, Eli Williams, Isaiah Gant, Gabriella Dalton, Gage Dalton, Gaven Kirby, T. J. Williams, Avery Duran, Willow Duran and Kenley Duran.

Family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm Friday, August 23, 2019 at East Funeral Home-Downtown.

Cremation arrangement are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
