Warren C. Dempsey

Mr. Dempsey was a retired air traffic controller. He was an avid golfer and occasionally played dominoes with his friend, professional golfer, Byron Nelson.

He was preceded in death by his parents Roy A. Dempsey, Sr. and Laura Warren Dempsey and brothers Roy A. Dempsey, Jr. and William H. (Abe) Dempsey and sister Martha Whatley of Caldwell, ID.

Survivors include his four nephews and their wives William A. and Sherry Dempsey, John C. and Jeannette Dempsey and Robert H. and Teresa Dempsey all of Texarkana, AR. and Roy A. Dempsey of Shreveport, LA.; two nieces and their husbands Carol and Joe Spaulding of Austin, TX. and Marcia and Charles Miller of Caldwell, ID.

A graveside service will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at Columbia Cemetery near Waldo, AR. with Mr. Steve McIntosh officiating. Services are under direction of East Funeral Home-Downtown.
