William Thomas "Billy" Mills, 77 formerly of Houma, LA passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016 in a Texarkana, AR nursing home. He was born in Atlanta, TX on June 8, 1938. Mr. Mills was oilfield office manager. He enjoyed golf, nascar racing and fishing.
He is preceded in death by his parents Ray and Bessie Mills, sister Wanda Lee Mills Doiron and a niece Robyn Doiron.
Survivors include three brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert Mills and his companion Sherman Broglin of Texarkana,AR, J.D. and Joyce Mills of Houma, LA and Richard and Helen Mills of Houma, LA; brother-in-law Gene Doiron of Houma, LA and a number of nieces and nephews.
Cremation is under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
