Mr. Winters was preceded in death by his brothers, James Winters and Frankie Winters and sisters, Louise Reynolds and Elaine Ellingburg.
He leaves behind sons, Jason Winters of Gibson City, IL and Danny Winters of Florida; daughter, Barbara Ann Winters of Florida; granddaughter, Britney Winters and Nichole Slawter of Texarkana, TX; sisters, Ruby Barnhart of Wake Village, TX, Shirley Weaver of Texarkana, AR, Clara Ware of Batesville, MS and Patricia Russell of Clarksdale, MS; brothers, Jessie Winters of Texarkana, TX, Elzie Winters of Clarksdale, MS and Dennis Winters of Sardis, MS; and a host of nephews and nieces.
Mr. Winters wishes were to be donated to medical science. Local arrangements are under the direction of East Funeral Home - Downtown.
