She was born in Camden, New Jersey on August 7, 1952 to Eleanor and James Spence.
Anne was raised in Haddon Township and graduated from Haddon Township High School, New Jersey and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
She was married to William (Bill) W. Paul, beloved husband of 45 years on May 1, 1976.
She is survived by Sarah Marie Paul, daughter, Colton Douglas Broze, grandson, sisters of Barbara Hoffman (Tony) of Blackwood, NJ, Cynthia Schmidt (Steve) of Westampton, NJ, & Caren O’Shea (Tom) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Brothers-in-Law David Paul (Barbara) of Reading, PA, and predeceased by Steven Paul (Linda) of Reading, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Anne had a career in teaching preschool for First United Methodist Church in Missouri City, TX and as a Conroe ISD crossing guard in The Woodlands.
Anne had a passion for family, cooking, sewing, baking, traveling, shopping and a good game of scrabble.
Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm, Thursday, September 16, 2021 at Christ Church United Methodist in The Woodlands. Another Memorial Service will be held at a future date in Pottstown, PA.
