Delmor was born in Sulphur Springs, Texas on July 7, 1941. He graduated from Kountze High School in Kountze, Texas and continued his education at the University of Texas in Austin where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. After graduation, Delmor began working for Texaco and Chevron where he enjoyed a long and successful career spanning over 40 years. Delmor had a deep passion for nature and the outdoors, which he carried into his retirement while serving as a Woodlands Township Park Ranger for 15 years.
Delmor married Janice Laverne Walker in 1962. They built a life together and raised their three children, Clifton, Keith and Angela, with love and devotion during their 50 year marriage. Later in life, Delmor found great joy in his role as a grandfather to Samantha and Alexandra.
Delmor was preceded in death by his wife Janice Williams, son Clifton Williams, and parents Robert and Nora Williams.
He is survived by his son Keith Williams, daughter Angela Williams, granddaughters Samantha and Alexandra Williams, sisters Denise Lotspeich and Lois Jones, and brothers Bobby Williams and Charles Williams.
Delmor will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Visitation will be held at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, Texas 77384 on May 8, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by Committal at the same location on May 8, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
