He was born in Houston, Texas on June 14, 1985 to the loving parents of Jerry and Virginia Rosenquist.
Eric graduated from Westfield High School and received a welding certification from Texas State Technical College of Waco, Texas.
He was an accomplished bowler and was a member of the United States Bowling Congress. He had a deep passion for fishing and the outdoors. He loved rock and heavy metal music, playing video games, hanging out with friends, and most of all his dog Jack.
Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents Eugene and Ruth Rosenquist, and Edward and Reba Cujko.
Eric is survived by his father and mother Jerry and Virginia Rosenquist, sister Megan Rosenquist, brother Lucas Sample and his wife Jessica Sample, nephews Preston Sample and Ethan Sample, aunt Margaret Mowery, uncles Larry Rosenquist and John Cujko, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service for Eric will be held Tuesday, January 9, 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home & Cemetery, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384, followed by a reception from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
