J. Michael was such a wonderful man, he will be truly missed by all. My heart goes out to you Debb!

J. Michael you will be so missed.  You will always be remembered as a wonderful husband, dad and grandpa.  I know how much Olivia, Morgan and Reese love you.  There are many wonderful memories of you at their parties, baptisms or just visiting for the weekend.  I know you are looking down on everyone smiling!

All of my thoughts and prayers are with the family of James!

God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "Come to Me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared comfort you now and in the days ahead.

Mike and I had the pleasure of being around J Michael and Debbie. OH WHAT FUN!! He was an outstanding, fun loving person that made everyone around him laugh, and made everyone feel special. He made my sweet friend Debbie happy. He will be be missed!!!

I was Blessed to meet you and J Michael over at my brother's house.  I often think of the many nights we all gathered at his house and had so much fun.  

When I met J Michael, he had just been diagnosed with cancer and was going through chemotherapy.  We had an immediate connection since I too had been through cancer treatment.  We knew we "understood" each other in a way that others could not understand.  I was always amazed at how well he did through his treatment and how he never complained about the effects.  He was always crazy fun.  Even when he began chemotherapy again later, he always said he felt fine.  I would have been dragging around and acting like a baby, I'm sure.  It was always so nice to visit with the two of you, laughing and having fun, telling stories about our pasts that were hilarious.  J Michael will always be an inspiration to me.  I know that whatever happens in my life, I can deal with it because of his positive attitude and the way he carried on with his life, loving every minute, even though he was sick.  Debbie, I know you miss him so much.  You are in my prayers and I hope that you are doing well.  Thank you for your friendship and the opportunity to get to know you and J Michael.   The two of you have been wonderful friends.  I love you sweet friend.

Magic happens so rarely.  This time it did in beautiful shades of love, respect, humor, honor and devotion.  I am so very sad over your loss, Debbie. Take a deep breath, and remember that you have countless friends out here if you need us.

Dad you gave me the greatest gift you could give me-you believed in me.  You inspired me to be the woman I am.  I will miss your laugh, your smile, our talks and your advice.
