Janet Lorraine Norris

Janet was preceded in death by her husband of over 55 years, Bill Norris, Daughter Beverly Norris, Grandson William Reece Norris and Parents Otto and Doris Breitenbach. Janet is survived by her son Eric Norris and wife Kendra and grandchildren Aaron Norris and wife Holly, grandchildren Abigayle and Jaxon Norris, sister Joan Laiacona and husband Ron and lots of nieces and nephews.

Janet spent most of her life working a variety of jobs including at their nursery, at Budweiser and at a real estate office. However, her main and most important job was being a mother to Eric, Beverly and of course taking care of Bill. Janet was born in New York but lived in Florida for most of her life. There she shared her love of the ocean with Eric and Beverly. Eric loves to reflect on the tidal pools at Jap Rock, the many beach days and the summertime trips to the Florida Keys. Later in life, she and Bill retired to Georgia on a beautiful piece of land where they stayed until they moved to Texas to be closer to Eric and Kendra. In Georgia she enjoyed gardening, painting and watching the birds.

A visitation for Janet will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Forest Park - The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 Interstate 45 S, The Woodlands, TX 77384.
