Jerry P. Tallant

After a courageous 2 year battle with cancer, Jerry passed away peacefully with his family by his side. Jerry was born and raised in Nashville, Arkansas. He held a career in the Oil & Gas industry for over 30 years.

He was one of six children born to the late Walter and Ethel Tallant and was the beloved husband of Eva Tallant for 53 years. Jerry will forever be remembered by his devoted brothers Jimmy, James and wife Denise, and loving sister Joyce Geck and husband Ron, beloved children Cheryl Lively and husband Jody, David Tallant and wife Tina, treasured grandchildren Nicholas, Aaron and wife Heather, Jamie and wife Kali, Jonathan, Justin and wife Nicole, Jeremy, Joshua, Zachary, Julianne, Jake and Jason. Great-grandchildren Karleah, Whitley, Brooklyn, Rowan and Skyler, along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him.

Jerry loved being with his family, gardening, playing poker, golfing and camping. Jerry touched the lives of many people with his smile and generosity, and maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end.

Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation and service on Monday, March 28th, 2016, at 11am at Forest Park The Woodlands Funeral Home, 18000 I-45 S., The Woodlands, TX 77384.
