He had a career for the City of Houston, Texas.
Joe (Chepe) was preceded in death by his parents Telesforo and Enriqueta C. Salazar,
siblings: Margarita S. (Fermin) Selvera, Catarina S. (Francisco) Garcia, and Julian C. (Jovita) Salazar.
He leaves to cherish his memories, wife Eva Salinas, children:
Rosemary S. Moreno, Noel P. Salazar, Juan J. Salazar, Jose N. Salazar, grandchildren: David Moreno Jr., Anthony S. Moreno, Breanna S. Reyes, Marcy S. Luna, Jonathan Salazar, Diamond Mia Salazar, siblings: Maria S. (Jose) Arrizola, Robert C. (Nora) Salazar, 9 great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter along with a host of nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held at Forest Park The Woodlands Chapel, Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 2pm, 18000 Interstate 45S, The Woodlands, Texas.
