He graduated from Eastside High School, and later married the love of his life, Ellen A. Sales on November 4, 1967. Jack worked in sales for Center Lumber Company for many years.
Jack loved the New York Giants and enjoyed traveling everywhere. He was a strong supporter of the US Army and was very patriotic. His primary passion in life was his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Anna Turbak.
Jack leaves to cherish his memory, wife; Ellen, daughter; Tracy and Louis DePadova, daughter; Lori and Tom Robinson, grandchildren; Nicole DePadova and John Depadova along with a host of other relatives and friends.
