His smile was certainly like no other and his teasing and playing will live on in those who joined his circle. None will forget his tapper, his letter page nor his letter "P".
He is survived by his parents, Tom and Carol Sloan, and big brothers, Noah and Joshua. Jon also enjoyed the love of his bigger family: three grandparents, two sisters-in-law and the aunts, uncles, cousins, nephew-Leo and the even broader family that makes life precious.
Jon was favored with the love of three special teachers who helped raise him almost from birth: Kathy Glaser, Patti Chamberlain and Jan Hendrixson. Many others know that they, too, were special to Jon and he, to them--our thanks to all.
A memorial service will be held Friday, October 2, 2015 at 2:00 pm at The Woodlands United Methodist Church, 2200 Lake Woodlands Dr, The Woodlands, Texas 77380.
