

Larry Hogan, 67, passed away May 22nd, 2017 in Spring, Texas. Born in Chicago, Illinois on October 11th, 1949, Larry spent most of his childhood growing up in Park Forest, Illinois as the third of six siblings. Some years later, the family moved to Marion, Virginia where he finished high school. As a young adult Larry moved to Cincinnati, Ohio and eventually met his wife JoAnn. They married on June 14th, 1972 and spent 43 years together.
Larry was a devoted husband and father. He had an extremely positive outlook on life and he never met a stranger. His strong faith in God sustained him throughout his life and defined him as the person everyone knew and loved. His life had a positive impact on everyone he met. He was always involved in the church, whether serving as a greeter, teacher, or prayer team member.
Larry is survived by his brothers Jamie (Pat) Hogan, Mark (Marie) Hogan, Andy (Judy) Hogan, and sister Lillias (Terry) Freeman-Hogan; his children Jason Hogan and Sarah (Michael) Easterling; and his grandchildren Justin Hogan, Megan Easterling, Tyler Hogan, Hannah Easterling, Kennedi-Kate Hogan, Zachary Easterling, and Madison-May Hogan.
