Madeleine Alexandria Diaz was born in Houston, Texas just after midnight on July 21st of 2014. She was a precious baby with bright eyes and beautiful smile. She loved watching her older brother Sebastian, laughing and giggling. She liked to climb and swing at the parks of Woodforest and taking rides on the paths through the forest beneath the trees. She enjoyed mixing things, riding her tricycle, and going for rides on the carousel at the mall.
She went to pre-school at Grace Crossing and later attended Stewart Elementary for pre-K and Kindergarten, where she made many friends and truly had so much fun with the teachers and parents she knew in her community. She learned to swim, one of her favorite things to do, at Aqua Tots in The Woodlands, enjoying annual summer refresh weeks with 2 of her favorite teachers in the community. She also played soccer with I-9 of The Woodlands, scoring a goal in the championship game and earning her trophy of which she was so proud.
Maddie briefly lived in Cypress, Texas, attending Keith Elementary and spent the summer swimming on the Fairfield Swim Team. She later moved to Tomball, Texas where she completed elementary school at Grand Oaks Elementary before graduating to Tomball Intermediate School. While there, she made many friends, enjoyed volunteering for Toy Drives and Food Drives, and was always excited for the bookfair and annual Round-up Go-Texan celebration. She loved dressing up for elementary school Red Ribbon Weeks and participating in the Kids Heart Challenges each year. She played volleyball and continued to swim and better her strokes with FINS as well as simply playing in her own pool at home.
She moved to Cypress, Texas in 2025 where she entered the 6th grade at Salyards Middle School. She was proud of her school and made friends quickly, especially in Choir, her favorite class. She was always so excited and proud to perform with her choir friends.
She had a passion for music, drawing, and baking. Maddie also loved animals and aspired to be both a Veterinarian and a Medical Doctor. More recently she discovered her love for K-pop, sushi, boba tea, and anime; especially Demon Slayer. Maddie also liked horses, My Little Pony, pokemon, playing on VR, and collecting Labubu's.
Maddie’s memory will forever be treasured by her parents, Pauline and Isaac, her brother Sebastian, and all her grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends, who continue to hold her close in their hearts.
