

Muibi “ Anthony “Alade Aigoro was born for a purpose. He came into this world on June 15, 1951 in Lagos, Nigeria to the parentage of Waidi Aigoro and Sikirat Iginla. In June of 1974, he left Nigeria to come to the United States on a full scholarship to attend Oklahoma State University in Stillwater Oklahoma. Muibi received his BS in 1978 and then moved to Bryan College Station in Texas to work on his Masters at Texas A&M. In 1979, he moved to Dallas, Texas to work for AT&T and then later moved to Atlanta, Georgia where he spent nearly 19 years with AT&T and worked as a Technology Manager. While there, his extensive set of accomplishments and major technology projects included developing a firewall access system for Lucent Technologies, vendor access systems, a help desk system, and developing a mainframe centralized reporting system.
In 2000, Mr. Aigoro joined a leadership team at BellSouth, serving as Assistant Director for the Internet Technology department. He also supervised and managed a budget approval process for BellSouth’s capital projects. He later finished his MBA at Keller Graduate School of Management in Atlanta, Georgia.
Muibi was a lover of life that loved jazz music, traveling, shopping, going out to eat and mostly spending time with his family and friends. He traveled extensively visiting every continent. He made several trips to Nigeria with the entire family including a special one in 2006 with all his daughters. He had the love and respect of family and was intimately involved with uniting family here in the U.S. and organizing family events. Muibi lived a boisterous and joyful life and leaves his legacy with his children and grandchildren. He accepted Jesus Christ into his life at an early age.
He is preceded in death by his father Waidi Aigoro and mother Sikirat Iginla. May their souls rest in peace.
He was a loving father and husband and leaves to cherish his memories, his wife Dr. Marion Reynolds-Aigoro; his three daughters Nicole Kindle, Sonesta Tonnette Aigoro and Ashley Renee Sade Aigoro; two stepsons Noneal Terry and Matthew Moses; his three grandchildren Faith Antranette Gibson, Kevin Gibson Jr. and Kindle Nicole Ashley Hashaway; his special blood brothers Yemi Carrena, Deji Durojaiye and a host of loving family members and friends.
