Patricia "Patty" Landin Dennis

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patricia "Pat" Landin Dennis, age 80, of Spring, Texas on Saturday, February 8, 2025. Pat was born in Knoxville, Tennessee to parents John David Landin, Sr. and Frances Irene Cantrell Landin on May 20, 1944. She graduated from Annandale High School in Fairfax County, Virginia and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree from Mississippi State College for Women in Columbus, Mississippi.

On August 28, 1965, Pat married the love of her life, James Franklin "Jim" Dennis, Jr. The family grew to a family of 4 with the additions of daughters Karen Rebecca and Kathryn Elizabeth. Pat enjoyed a successful career in Child Nutrition at Lamar Elementary School in The Woodlands, Texas. From there she transitioned to a second career in Records Management for Mitchell Energy and Development in The Woodlands, Texas. Pat was warm and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who delighted in spending time with her family. She was also passionate about traveling and was a dedicated member of The Cardinal RV Club and The River City Trikers. She was an intelligent woman who loved solving word puzzles and was rarely without a crossword.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Frances and John Landin, Sr. She is survived by her beloved husband Jim, daughters Karen Rebecca Rogers and Kathryn Elizabeth Myklebust, grandson Conner Aaron Futrell, great grandson Landin Riley Futrell, brothers John David Landin, Jr. and Mark Taylor Landin, and sister Rebecca Landin.

Pat will be greatly missed and will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
