Arturo Valdez Caldera

Arturo worked at BrassCraft for many years to provide for his family. He enjoyed playing the guitar and singing karaoke with his family. He also loved spending time with family, friends and his two dogs Quinn and Ivy. He also loved joking around with everyone and making them laugh.

Arturo is survived by his wife, Ma Teresa Valdez; children, Valeria Valdez, Ramses Valdez, Grecia Valdez and Melanie Valdez; his siblings, Alfonso Valdez, Isidro Valdez, Filiberto Valdez, Fernando Valdez and Guadalupe Paez.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Moises Valdez, his siblings, Eugenio Valdez, JosePedro Valdez, Dimas Valdez, Jaime Valdez and Ludivina Valdez.

A visitation for Arturo will be held Friday, April 14, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sechrest-Davis Funerals and Cremations, 18 Randolph Street, Thomasville, North Carolina 27360.

A funeral mass will occur Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Highways Catholic Church, 943 Ball Park Road, Thomasville, North Carolina 27360. Burial will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
