Susan Rierson Hunt

Susan was born in Forsyth County, June 12, 1947, a daughter of the late Robert and Clara Rule Rierson. She worked for Kayby Mills for many years and retired from Wayne Industries. Susan loved her family and enjoyed going to the beach.

Surviving are her husband of 56 years, Hilton Hunt; two sons, Tim Hunt and wife Theresa and their children, Tyler Hunt and fiancée Kristina Byerly and Dylan Hunt; Brian Hunt and husband Tim Nichols and son Joshua Hunt; sisters, Bobbie Hopkins and Marsha Hunt; and her fur children, Lulu and Doolie.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be directed to the Davidson County Animal Shelter or the Salvation Army of Davidson County. The family wishes to thank the ICU staff of Thomasville Medical Center for their loving care of Susan. Thomasville Funeral Home is serving the Hunt family.
