Peacefully passed away on Friday, December 28, 2007 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre in her 90th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband John. Loving mother of Bruce and his wife Alicia and Paul and his wife Janet. Devoted grandmother of Andrew and his wife Becky, Laura, Morgan and her husband Samir, and Lindsay, and great-grandmother of Christian, Jenna, Ashley, Tyler, and Brooke. Adeline was the Director of fundraising for the Passionist Missionaries in Canada for almost 50 years. Her dedication and service to others will always be remembered. Friends may call on Sunday, December 30, 2007 from 3-6 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 31, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church (670 Sheppard Ave. E.). Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
