Passed away on July 21, 2009 at North York General Hospital at the age of 67 after a brave fight with cancer. Beloved Husband of Cordella. Loving Father of Allison (Mike) and Krista and Grandfather of Derek, Kyra and Paige DeKoning and Olivia and Stefan Alexander. Friends may call on Thursday, July 23, 2009 from 7 - 9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 24, 2009 at 11 am at R.S. Kane Chapel. Interment to follow at York Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (2221 Yonge St, Suite 601, Toronto, Ontario M2S 2B4).
