Passed away suddenly on August 26, 2008 in England at the age of 39. Loving son of Patricia and Wolfgang Jacob. Cherished brother of Monica and her husband Travis Exum. Andrew will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2008 from 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge St., at Goulding, south of Steeles). Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, September 11 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Edward the Confessor Roman Catholic Church (75 Churchill Ave.). Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
