Adored, devoted mother (Mum) to Anne, Helen, Dave, grandmother (Ma) to Jennifer, Heather and Gabi, wife to Thomas and friend to many. Lover of literature, poetry, cryptic crosswords, opera, laughter, a good martini, friends and her family. An English gentlewoman with a golden heart. She was our rock and our centre. Her head tipped back in laughter brightened all our lives. She went for her first ride on a Harley at age 85. We will miss her terribly. Her darling Tom is lovingly waiting for her with a scotch and ginger in hand. Her precious Jenn will welcome her with a loving smile and hug. There will be no funeral as she wished.
