Passed away peacefully surrounded by his family at home on December 14, 2008 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Mary Ann and loving father of Mark(Pat), Scott(Jody) and Janine(David). Will be sadly missed by grandchildren Jennifer, Karyn, Teresa and Aria Soleil. Will be sadly missed by family and friends in both Canada and the U.S. Proudly served in the United States Air Force from 1949 to 1952. Friends may call on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paschal Baylon R.C. Church(92 Steeles Avenue West). Cremation. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Princess Margaret Hospital or Hospice Thornhill.
