Clement L. Bailey

March 6, 1942 – September 5, 2024

Clement passed peacefully with loving family by his side after a brief illness on September 5, 2024 at the Michael Garron General Hospital in East York Toronto. He is survived by his loving family, his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Gilbert (UK) and sisters Hilda (USA) and Ida (Jamaica) along with many nieces and nephews.

Clement has gone to rest with his parents Wilburn and Vera (Ashman) Bailey, and his siblings Berris, Ethlyn, Linda, Beryl, Cissilyn, Icilda, Diana, Alfred and Violet, who all went before him.

Clement will be remembered as a loving Spouse, Father and Uncle who was devoted to family and loved every moment spent with them. He will also be remembered as a skilled Sensei from the Bailey’s Karate Dojo in Toronto, and a renowned craftsman in the construction industry.

The family would like to express deep gratitude to the staff at the Michael Garron General Hospital for their compassionate care.

Funeral services will take place on Thursday September 19, 2024 at 10.30 am at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home, 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON.
