She will be greatly missed by her beloved husband Noé, her children Diane (Spyros), Robert (Tanya), & Rita (Robert). Proud & devoted Nonna to Michaela, Selina, Alexandra, Trinity, Adrian & Ava.
She was born in Motta di Livenza, Italy, on October 28, 1946 to Giocondo & Giovanna.
Dina was one of ten children. Married to the love of her life, our father, on June 9, 1967 and immigrated to Canada in 1968. May she be reunited in heaven with her cherished siblings Ida, Luigi & Renato. Dina is known for many things, every person who has made an honest attempt to know her, has been giving the gift of perspective and humour. Dina is known for welcoming guests in her home and making them feel welcome with her laughter and love of music.
We, the family would like to extend our gratitude for the Home & Community Care Support Services and provider agencies, Southlake Stronach Cancer Centre, Dr. Luk, and the Community Palliative Care team who provided and facilitated support for Dina in her home.
Special thanks to long time family friend Imelda, whom never left her side, PSW Lorraine, who has been with our mom since day one of this battle.
