Good afternoon to the family of Donald Duncan Dempsey Fisher. You all don't know me but my name is Samuel Renna-Beyo and I worked with Donald Dempsey Fisher when I was 16 years old in telemarketing Euro Tech Windows and Doors the company was called. This is where I first met Donald. From the first time I hugged him and I shaked his hand out of mutual respect and love and kindness I knew I met a wonderful man and human being. I remember all the times we spent together on our breaks when I worked with him. It was my first job in my life I am 34 years old now in time of writing. He was always so warm, welcoming and open hearted to me when I didnt have any friends or anyone that would talk to me. He was a fellow Taurus like myself I was born May 7 that was one of the great memories we shared. I remember the times when he told me while he was eating his famous lays potato chips given to him by his wonderful loving caring wife of course so many wonderful stories about his life. He told me he  previous worked for the Go Transit service as a driver and had wonderful interactions with his fellow passengers. He told me stories of how he visited the rock and rock hall of fame in Nashville with his family all those years ago. He told me stories about how he overcame challenges in his life drinking and he found the light in his life again. He told me about his beautiful wife who was loyal and faithful to him all these years and his wonderful children ❤️ I also remember his funny witty remarks when we would work together how he would act with his customers. How he would joke about his long name and the one I always liked "Its all in the family" that was my favourite line of them all. He was a wonderful human being and a wonderful soul and I take this opportunity on Thanksgiving weekend to honour his beautiful memory of his life. I also remember when me and my mother drove him once to the go station/via terminal on yonge st so that he can get home to his wonderful family. ❤️

We shared so much as a group - Pudge and Judy, Don and Marsha - Ted and I, Sharon and Ron, and Trish and Don... weekends in Buffalo, or just a drive to buy pizza! We attended or took part in each other’s weddings and raised our kids together - we were each other’s extended families and remain so!
So sorry you left us so soon Don but the memories of your kind and happy countenance remain strong! Always a  part - never apart from our love! e

We have known Don for several years since becoming our neighbours on Fernleigh. He was a great, unstoppable spirit, always ready to share his happiness and latest stories. We will miss our friend greatly.

Renee and Dave and family, condolences on the loss of your father. I have a strong belief that your dad has replaced Saint Peter at the Pearly Gates and is welcoming all those on there way to heaven. Our deepest sympathy , Ian , Gail ,Conor and Haley.

I'm very sad to hear of Don's passing. I would enjoy driving him from Richmond Hill down to Union to catch his train to Mimico, as an Etobicoke resident I remember how much he meant to his customers, seeing him featured in the Etobicoke Guardian. Hi Aunt Carolyn, I was shocked to say the least when I found out about Don. Even though I haven't seen him in a few years I have fond memories of him dating back to the day you were married. He was a wonderful kind man that will not be forgotten. My thoughts, love and prayers are with all of you.

I was very sorry to hear of Uncle Donald's passing. My best to Caroline and the family. I'm afraid I am in Britain right now, so I will be unable to come to the service. My thoughts are with you.

Good evening, First of all, my sincere condolences concerning the passing of your Dad. I always new him as "Big Don". I have known your Dad for 25 years, and he was always the consummate station attendant. He was always outgoing and friendly with the GO Transit customers. For years, I took the GO train from Mimico, where we would trade jokes and have few laughs. That is how I will always remember your Dad. He was a great guy who I will sorely miss.
