Peacefully in her 89th year on Monday, October 17, 2005. Beloved wife of the late Vernon Osten Eriksen. Loving mother of James Eriksen and the late Dale Stevens. Dear Nana to Jay Stevens. Beloved sister of Joyce, Edna, Ron, and the late Gladys. Doris will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding, south of Steeles). Funeral service to be held on Thursday, October 20th at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Interment York Cemetery. Donations may be made to a charity of your choice in Doris' memory.
