After a brave battle with illness, following surgery, on October 17, 2008 at North York General Hospital at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Charles 'Chuck' Bell. Dear sister of Vivian Pover and Reg Wannamaker. Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by all of her family, friends and neighbours. Dot and Chuck have now been reunited. Friends may call on Sunday, October 19, 2008 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 20, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. Interment to follow at Westminster Cemetery. Reception for family and friends will follow at Wilson Legion 527 (948 Sheppard Ave. W). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the War Amps or Salvation Army.
