Beloved husband of the late Marilyn (McKnight). Loving father to Mark, Jennifer (Robert), Christopher (Judy), Patrick (Marilyn), Amy (Doug). Predeceased by Michael in 2009. Will also be missed by his seven grandchildren. Survived by his brothers Bill and Terry (Lois).
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 11:30 a.m. in the R.S. Kane Chapel (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). Friends may call one hour prior to service time. Interment to follow at York Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Durham District School Board for the Doug Brown Memorial Music Award c/o Dunbarton High School (655 Sheppard Avenue, Pickering ON, L1V 1G2).
