Peacefully passed away on Monday, October 24, 2011 at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Albert Douglas Holt. Loving mother of Wendy Holt-O'Brien and her husband Kevin. Cherished grandmother of Kyle. Dear sister of Joan Flett and Margaret Oxley. She will be fondly remembered by nieces, nephews, family and friends. Special thank you to her caregivers Rosemeri, Richel and Sionny, Dr. Shapiro, Dr. Buckstein, and nurse Ginalyn. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 28, 2011 at 1 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lymphoma Foundation Canada or Sunnybrook Foundation - Odette Cancer Centre.
