Giovanni Nardone

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Giovanni in his 89th year on Sunday September 20, 2015. He is remembered with love by his wife Angelina, his children Guido (Margherita) and Ines (Alfonso) and his grandsons Robert and Giovanni. He will be dearly missed by his sister Maria in Cassino, Italy. Predeceased by his brother Guido, sisters Margherita (Ernesto) and Graziella (Giovanni) and brother-in-law Antonio. He will also be missed by his many brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, nephews, family and friends. Giovanni took great pleasure in knowing that his love of playing guitar and music has been passed on to his two grandsons. Friends may call on Monday, September 21, 2015 from 6 to 9 p.m. and on Tuesday September 22, 2015 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Paschal Baylon R.C. Church (92 Steeles Avenue West). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to either the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
