Best friend and loving husband of Helen for fifty two years. Caring and devoted father to Margaret and her husband Bruce, and Heather. Proud grandfather of Jennifer, and Nickolas. Howard is survived by his sister Dorothy, many nieces, nephews family and friends.
Friends may call on Thursday, June 4, 2009 from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 5, 2009 in the Chapel. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a Charity of Choice.
