He is survived by his wife, Phan Thi Huệ; his first daughter, Trần Ngoc Diễm Trang (Trần Thanh Bạch - Jeffrey & son Noah Tran); his second daughter, Trần Ngọc Diễm Chi (Phan Phước Bảo & son Collin Phan); his third daughter, Trần Ngọc Diễm Vân - Evelyn Tran (Paul Pham & sons Levi Pham, Liam Pham); his fourth daughter, Trần Ngọc Thủy Tiên - Marlene Tran (David Xue)
Buddhist Services will be held on July 23, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Visitation will take place at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes, 8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON, L4J1W3, CA, on July 23, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A Committal Service will be held on July 24, 2026, at 9:00 am, followed by a Drive Pass Family Home at 34 Love Run Road, Maple, Ontario, L6A 3M3, on July 24, 2026, at 11:15 am, and a Witness Cremation at Highland Hills Cemetery, 12494 Woodbine Ave., Gormley, Ontario, L0H 1G0, on July 24, 2026, at 12:30 pm.
