Peacefully passed away at Sunnybrook Health Sciences on Tuesday April 5, 2011 in his 83rd year. Jim, loving father of Jimmy Jr.(Terri), Jewel Quirback(Chuck), Jeffrey(Mary) and Jarrett. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren - Ashley, Blaire, Haily, Alexandra, Jay, Bradley, Jennifer, Janine, Kevin and Andrew. Survived by his sister Ida and predeceased by Albert, Austin, Tommy, Eleanor, Amy and Sylvia.
Friends may call at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St., 3 blocks south of Steeles (at Goulding) on Friday, April 8, 2011 from 7 - 9 pm and Saturday, April 9, 2011 at 9am followed by a service in the Chapel @ 10 am. Interment at Westminster Cemetery. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hospital For Sick Children or Sunnybrook Health Sciences.
