"Jack". Peacefully and surrounded by his family at Sunnybrook on Sunday August 5, 2012 in his 95th year. Beloved husband of the late Betty. Loving father of John (Virginia), Larry (Marilyn), Ron and Mike, lovingly remembered by Wendy. Loved Grandfather of 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Jack was a veteran of the Queen's Own Rifles.
Friends may call on Thursday August 16, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 12 Noon at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will follow the visitation at Noon. Interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Alzheimer Society or Epilepsy Ontario.
