Passed away peacefully on September 7, 2013 at Sunnybrook Veterans Wing at the age of 90. Beloved husband of 58 years of Norma. Loving father of Jim and his wife Deb. Dear Grampa of Heather. Lovingly remembered by his sisters Margaret Chown (Bill) of Renfrew, and Ann Stoneham of Kanata.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. in the Chapel at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street (at Goulding south of Steeles) . As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Veterans Comfort Fund at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre.
