Passed away on November 16, 2005 at the age of 81. Predeceased by his first wife Madeleine. Beloved husband of Jessie. Loving father of Anne and step-father of Robert (Belva), Lynne (James), Kathleen (Hal), Jamie (Carole) and their families. Dear brother of Dick (Katherine), Jean (Albert), Bill (June) and their families. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by family and friends. Visitation will take place on Friday, November 18, 2005 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home (6150 Yonge Street, at Goulding, south of Steeles). A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 19, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. at Newtonbrook United Church (53 Cummer Avenue). Interment to follow at York Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Newtonbrook United Church Memorial Fund or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
