Peacefully, after a courageous fight, on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at Toronto Western Hospital at the age of 60. Kenny will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Special thanks to the neurology staff of 5B at TWH. A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. at Northminster United Church (255 Finch Ave. W., parking off Finchurst Dr. on Fleetwell Ct.) with visitation from 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ontario Wound Care Inc. c/o Judy Dan Wound Care Centre (555 Finch Avenue West, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON M2R 1N5).
