Very sad to read this. Leo was a great guy and true gentleman. We shared a lot of good memories while working on the Walmart cleaning business together. RIP Leo.

Almost 40 years ago I met a gentleman named Leo who was driving a spectacular '57 Thunderbird.  A few years later he moved on to '56 T Birds.  Over the years we often talked about cars and more recently our love of Bearded Collies.  I will miss my friend Leo.

I met Leo over 30 years ago when I was a buyer at Canadian Tire, we became friends over the years and enjoyed many a laugh over what we thought were serious discussions, I will miss his sarcastic humor and the lunch meetings we had at Swiss Chalet, he would not eat anywhere else. He had an infectious smile and a big heart. As you pass through this life you meet a lot of people but some are special and I consider Leo Ceolin one of the best.

I met Leo when he was working for the toy company, that I had just started with, having left Dominion Stores, where I had known Ray.
 It came up in conversation that Leo had gone to school with my wife Barb.
Several years later our paths crossed again when he had a booth at 
The Home Hardware show , as I did. Leo could tell a joke like no body else I ever knew. I called him awhile ago , when his picture was in the Star with his T Bird . We talked about many things that day. He asked about Barb and I had to tell him that she had just been diagnosed  with cancer.
It is no wonder Leo had so many friends, he was quite a  guy.
It was an honour to have known him, all these years.

As a kid Leo was a larger than life presence at the baseball Diamond. I played on a team with his son, Gino, for many years and we can’t say enough how much we enjoyed his laugh and good humour.

Nonno will be greatly missed by his grandkids.  The fun times he spent around the pool being stuck retrieving balls when they flew out of the pool; playing X&O's game with Avery and bugging mom about the baseball all the time. Leo was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. In this times I have known Leo, he was so friendly, polite, caring, always respectful. He would always make me smile & ask me if I can take off my mask and smile for him because that was what makes him happy so I always do that. He also use to say you are number 1. Leo always talks about his family and friends so much that sometimes i feel like i was there. So when he get up in the morning he asks what time it's and will count down the time until his loving wife comes to visit him. My dear Marie I can't find enough words to describe you, always there 7days a week and on time with out getting tired. May God give you and your kids all the strength to overcome this time, my prayers are with you. 

I remember first meeting Leo when Mike and I went with Brenda and Ron Passer to Carlisle PA to a car flea market. Leo showed up with one blue shoe and one black shoe. Also remember the trips to Hersey PA. Such a wonderful man that will be greatly missed.

I met Leo at Nino D'Aversa back in the 90s during the OJ Simpson trial.  He had the foresight to predict the acquittal, and accordingly, I've valued his opinions ever since.  His common sense and down-to-earth character will be greatly missed.  RIP my friend.
