Passed away peacefully with family by his side on March 2nd, 2013 in his 84th year at Mackenzie Health Centre. Beloved Husband of Alice Kubik. Loving father of Milada (Miro) Mytny, and Peter (Barbara) Kubik. Adored grandfather of Andrea Mytny. Brother of Boris(Marie) Kubik, and Olga (Frank) Kuzlikova. Treasured by his many nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He will forever be missed by all his close friends and loving family. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday March 5th, 2013.
