Mojtaba Rezvani

It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved Mojtaba ("Moe") Rezvani in the early morning of June 28, 2026. He passed away peacefully, surrounded by those who loved him most.

Moe was a gentle, kind, and deeply loving man. Born and raised in Iran, he moved frequently before making Canada his home with his family in 1998. Along the way, he built lifelong friendships and touched the lives of so many with his warmth, generosity, and quiet spirit.

At the time of his passing, he was surrounded by his family, Marjaneh; his son, Ali; his daughter, Ghazal, and her husband, Todd; as well as his close family friend, Alex.

Moe was deeply loved, and his absence will be profoundly felt. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the many friends and family members who stood by him—and by us—every step of the way. Throughout these past months, we shared countless cherished memories and reflected on the many joyful moments we were blessed to have with him. Those memories will remain in our hearts forever, and he will never be forgotten.

Family and friends may visit on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes (8088 Yonge Street, Thornhill, ON).

Interment to follow at Elgin Mills Cemetery (1591 Elgin Mills Road East, Richmond Hill, ON).
